Description

A fine quality George 111 mahogany campaign style writing slope, it has brass bound corners, the top decorated with stylish brass work and stringing.
It has two secret drawers accessed by squeezing the sides of the stamp container, it measures 18 inches long by 10 inches deep and 5.5 inches tall. There is no working key but it has a handsome escutcheon to the lock, it has an empty cartouche to the top.
This a very fine quality period writing slope.
