A handsome 8 day long cased clock with a very tidy painted face in superb condition. This clock with a rolling moon enscribed Wm Hintley Newcastle has a movement that has just been overhauled by country clocks and is now immaculate. The case has been cleaned and is very impressive. This oak cased clock has considerable inlays and crossbanding and is dating we suggest from the early 1800s, it has been well looked after right down to the ogee bracket feet.....................SORRY NOW SOLD...............Date19th Century :
