The top is absolutely stunning, a full butterfly wing picture, sat beneath a bevelled glass top, all set on a beautifully silver plated box. Standing on 4 small feet. In fabulous vintage condition, this little beauty is sure to delight the most discerning of buyers!. Made in England bearing the patent number 202213 (1923) registered to Shipton's of Birmingham. A superb size, measuring 3"inch tall x 7" inch long x 3.5" inch deep - the hinge is in great condition and opens to reveal a beautiful deep pink, fitted silk interior. All in all a wonderful piece of original Butterfly Wing art that has survived the test of time and will delight collectors the world over
