A brass cased ships clock with bevelled glass to the opening front door. A painted dial with a small sweep seconds hand signed 'Smiths Empire' with a slow/fast adjuster. A well cast solid brass case. An 8-day duration timepiece mechanism. Circa 1940.Width 9 " / 23 cms Depth 4 1/2" / 12 cms
