19th Century Four Fold Screen Painted in Oils

DetailsA truly wonderful piece of country house furniture. Continental, made around 1840 and highly decorative. This four fold screen features beautiful painted panels showing country scenes. Painted in oil and of excellent quality. There is some damage to one of the panels (repairable). Otherwise the condition is good considering its age. Structurally the screen is solid. This screen would look fabulous in a range of settings including country houses and commercial spaces. Each screen measures 46cm x 176cm.
