Very large Antique stoneware storage jar pot
This is a really unusually large storage jar manufactured in Digoin, Burgundy towards the end of the nineteenth Century. The lady who we bought it from thought it was for salting meat. It is a lovely creamy putty colour and is in perfect condition with no chips or bangs. It has four carrying handles. It comes with the original unglazed lid. Could be used as a planter
