Description

A late Victorian panelled dresser base with an updated colour scheme of a glorious, inky blue/black.

The cupboard shows attractive evidence of previous wear and tear. There are naturally occurring dinks and dings commensurate with age that have been accentuated with the new distressed paint finish. Three coats of oil have been applied to the solid mahogany top.

Twin doors open to the fitted interior shelves. The locks are not present and at some point in the past antique lions mask, ring pull handles have been added to the doors.

A useful and attractive piece of furniture. Useful within the home or with an alteration to the back this piece could be converted to be used as a shop counter.
