Description

A very good Smokers Bow in great condition.
Signed to the black of the seat with stamped initials RL: Could be Richard Lane of Henley, or Richard Loader of Stokenchurch, both mid 19thC, c.1840-60.
Feet terminals are notable, double H stretcher and ring turned legs and arm supports. Charming back splat too.
Ash and Elm construction:a good sturdy chair.
48cms seat height. Overall 69cms wide x 81 tall and 61 deep.

For large items, I can happily accommodate your own courier who will need to contact me for collection details (TA22 9HJ postcode), or I can arrange a courier for you. Many items include delivery, but for those that don’t simply send me your postcode for a quote.

Smaller items are always sent by a signed for service (probably Royal Mail Next Day, for UK).
Overseas deliveries of smaller items are by various International postal services please ask for a quotation, all fees and taxes associated with exported goods are the complete responsibility of the buyer
