Early GPlan 1960s Brasilia Sideboard

Description

This sideboard is a real looker: a beauty. It measures about 6'9" (2.06m) long and, as you can see in the images features a double door shelved cupboard at one end, and a drop front cupboard with half shelf at the other, separated by four drawers the top one of which is divided into four sections for cutlery.
This piece is from the Brasilia range for GPlan, model 4058, designed by Victor Bramwell Williams and manufactured from 1964-1971. It is heavily influenced by Danish design and quality of manufacture. It bears the gold, earliest, GPlan (E Gomme) stamp in the drawer.

For large items, I can happily accommodate your own courier who will need to contact me for collection details (TA22 9HJ postcode), or I can arrange a courier for you. Many items include delivery, but for those that don’t simply send me your postcode for a quote.

Smaller items are always sent by a signed for service (probably Royal Mail Next Day, for UK).
Overseas deliveries of smaller items are by various International postal services please ask for a quotation, all fees and taxes associated with exported goods are the complete responsibility of the buyer
