Stunning early19th century primitively constructed outside bench. The bench is beautifully silvered with some original square nails still on show. Some of the original nails have been replaced over time with more modern nails and a few screws (to the bottom side) Both diagonal support slats to the bottom of the chair have been replaced but this is to be expected from such a rare survivor. The bench is still structurally sound and still functions perfectly as a bench. I do have a vintage green cushion that I am happy to include with the bench. Please note there is a bit of a stain on the bottom of the cushion but it's not visible once in situ.
