Age-related wear, there is a very minor flea bite on the rim as shown.

Technical Description
An elegant drawn-trumpet bowl transitioning to a tall stem containing a large air tear. Resting upon a conical foot with folded rim and rough pontil.
Historical Relevance
The heavy lead glass and deep hue are indicative of its origin and period.
