Louis Vuitton Mahogany Automobile Running Board Tool Box for a Vintage Car

The Box is made by Louis Vuitton, we have been able to read this on the studs on the side latch, there were about 100 of these made
This is a very rare mahogany tool box, which would have been strapped to the running board of a Vintage car, it is painted on the front with it’s owner Bryan’s Garage Information including the telephone number
A great addition to any vintage or classic sports car
This is a very strong box with a curved design and brass fittings, it is in good sound condition, alas one of the side locks is missing and the tool trays that would have been stored inside are also lost but we do have a key

A great addition to any vintage or classic sports car or the ultimate in the Vuitton collection
The Box is 2.5” high, 22” long and 11 deep
