Description

A small Tunbridge box by Thomas Barton containing a number of quills ready shaped for dip pens. c 1860

The ink stamp inside the lid is faint but readable-
'Thomas Barton Tunbridge Ware Manufacturer Mt Ephraim Tunbridge Wells'.


The rosewood sides and cuboid inlay are in excellent condition with no damage or repair.
