Description

Early 19th century convex dial fusee wall clock by Hubbard senior, from Dorking, Surrey.
2 piece mahogany case, back box secured to bezel by 4 pegs. Mahogany veneered back box with fan ears and unusual ebony line decoration. Back box has locking bottom door and pendulum side access door.
12" convex original white painted dial, with blued steel hands, protected by a convex locking cast brass bezel.
Line fusee movement with shaped shouldered plates separated by knopped pillars.
