Description

Fine quality Edwardian gentleman's linen press in satinwood by the celebrated English cabinet makers Waring & Gillow c.1910. Two door cupboard fitted inside with four sliding shelves for clothes and shoes etc. Sparkling satinwood veneers across the piece, with inlaid ebony stringing and laid so as to make a quarter symmetrical pattern on the door fronts. Mahogany lined interior and slides. Maker's badge inside the right hand door. Some minor wear and repairs to the veneers. Generally very good condition. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
