Description

Antique superior quality burr walnut planter with scrolling boxwood inlays. This Victorian 19th century marquetry inlaid burl walnut champagne wine cooler cellarette has a removable top with a steel lined interior suitable for plants or to chill your favourite Chablis. This side hall lamp sofa type table is cross banded in tulipwood to the top and leading edge on wonderful shaped cabriole legs. The bombe shaped sides are similarly inlaid. This piece of furniture is further enhanced by restrained use of gilt brass and ormolu mounts cast as rams heads to each corner. This is an extremely elegant piece of furniture and would grace any home. This piece of antique furniture has been fully restored by qualified professional restorers and is ready to place in the home. Circa 1860. Excellent condition. Measures 24”w x 15”d x 30”h
