A pair of early 18th cent.Russian heavy brass Shabbat candlsticks.The Ring with 12 circular divisions.Seven peg feet.26.5 cms(10.5" high)base 13 cms(5.25").
Weight together 2.8 kilos.
These candlesticks would have come from that area in Russia called "The Pale of Settlement"where Jewish people were permitted to reside.
