Offered for sale is this superb set of thirteen oak Arts & Crafts dining chairs consisting of 12 single and one carver chair . The chairs are a lovely honey / golden oak of very good quality with crisply carved roundels in the back rail. carved uprights above newly reupholstered drop - in seats reupholstered in a neutral gold fabric and standing on square tapered supports with squab feet. The chairs are stamped with the Rd No 449534, a design that was registered in February 1906, a trip to the national archives would identify the designer and manufacturer. The set of 13 antique oak chairs are in excellent showroom condition having been cleaned, revived and waxed along with the seats reupholstered and are of a quality that would have been made by a skilled cabinet / chair maker.We specialise in antique dining suites trading from our own showroom in Wokingham, Berkshire .
