Offered for sale is this superb long set of twelve Victorian oak dining chairs by Maple & Co. The set of twelve single chairs have upholstered back panels and overstuffed seats and come with the Makers stamp - Maple & Co impressed on the underside. They date from about 1870 and are tpical of the fine quality furniture produced by Maple & Co in the 19th century. The set of 12 antique oak dining chairs are in excellent showroom condition having been cleaned, revived and waxed along with the seats and backs reupholstered in a neutral gold fabric.
