The shaped top has a double lipped moulded edge and stands on turned and carved supports with original brass castors. The extending mechanism works very well , is very stable and comes complete with original handle, . This good quality large antique Victorian oak extending dining table dates to about 1860, will seat 12 - 14 comfortably and is in excellent showroom condition having been cleaned and sympathetically repolished whilst retaining its original character.
