Good set of six George Ist style mahogany dining chairs consisting of two carvers and four single chairs. The chairs are a lovely warm mahogany colour with a carved yoke shaped back rail above a vase splat veneeered in flame mahogany. Drop-in seats have been newly reupholstered in a gold trellis pattern and are shaped in rails of solid mahogany veneered so that the edge grain matches the legsabove cabriole supports with shell carved shoulders and pad feet. This is a superb quality set of one of the finest designs around, all joints are sound and the finish has been revived and waxed.They are in showroom condition.
