The bottle is marked Cristal Bottle, 12. Made in France by VCA
VCA is for prestigious glassworks of Verrerie Cristalleri d'Arques of France. The company was started in 1968 by ARC International.
You would purchase your atomizer empty & fill it with your own perfume.
The bottle is moulded & has a frosted flower in the manner of Lalique on the front.
Lovely decorative & useful item.
