Good Example of a Windsor Highback Rocking Chair stamped at the rear with the makers mark for George Cowburn, Wigan.The chair is made from Alderwood & has a comfortable one piece saddle seat & double stretchers on the undercarriage. There is a minor chibble to the splat as can be seen in a photo.The chair has a good rake which makes it ideal for relaxing in.It has a good rich mellow colour.
The chair has original rockers.
