The "Dahlia" powder pot/box was originally designed and produced by René Lalique c1931.
The design is one of the timeless classics that is still produced in several sizes. This box is the number 3 size.

This particular example dates to the early post war years, c1940-1960 … the base of the box is etched "LALIQUE FRANCE" in block capitals.

The box measures 8.5 cm (3.4") in diameter and it stands 5.6 cm (2.2") tall.

The powder pot/box is in excellent condition, with no faults noted.
There is no original packaging.
