A lovely quality air twist cordial or wine glass which dates from the latter part of the 18th century, circa 1780. The stem has two twists running through it, making it a very attractive glass. On the bowl can be seen the "turning off" mark where a damp stick is used to shape the rim of the glass during the making process.
The pontil mark is as expected for an eighteenth century glass.

The height is 6 inches or 15cms.
The base diameter is 2.75 inches or 7cms.
The rim diameter is 2 inches or 5cms.

It is in perfect condition with no damage.
