Danish Rosewood Coffee Table by Vejle
Please note the photographs don't do this lovely table justice. It is a very rich rosewood colour.
A fabulous rosewood table made in Denmark. Stamped VEJLE Made in Denmark. The top is beautifully crafted with a parquetry design. The legs are square and solid. We believe it to have been designed by Henning Kjaernulf.
The legs are removable for transport.
Dimensions: Length 135cm Depth 65cm Height 40cm
An example of the Danish modern design movement with it's clean lines, simplicity and natural materials.
The same table is on 1st Dibs for £1,225.00
The table has been stripped, sanded and sprayed with three coats of water based lacquer as per our schedule below.
We use state-of-the-art water borne lacquers as used by manufacturers. They have been certified to FIRA Standard 6250 for surfaces in heavy/severe use. The finishing process we have developed maintains the timber's colour and warmth and enhances figure, grain definition and chatoyance.
