Substantial size 18” nineteenth century terrestrial library table globe by CF Weber Chicago Illinois on a painted tripod cast iron base .with lion paw feet and raised cabochon and foliate decoration.Cf Weber took over from Andrew’s and Co in the late 19th century after 1907 Weber merged with Castello to form Weber and Castello to mass produce globes
29.5”or75 cm high
18”or 46.7cm wide and deep
Signs of wear and use commensurate with its age not distracting and still reads well
