Description

A fine quality Antique French Chest of Drawers having serpentine shaped drawer fronts which are quarter veneered in Kingwood and Crossbanded with Rosewood then inlaid with fine line detail, each drawer is lining is made from solid oak and dovetail jointed, the sides are also serpentine shaped, Crossbanded and Inlaid, the central three drawers open the reveal a striking Secretaire section consisting of three small drawers and leather gilt tooled writing slope. The entire piece has finely cast rococo-inspired Gilt Bronze mounts, handles and escutcheons. The top is finished with a superb Breccia marble top.

This lovely Antique French Chest of Drawers is slim making it easy to place and offers both visual appeal and practical storage.
