Description

A quality antique 19th century tea caddy veneered with beautiful thuya wood.
Two inner compartments are present and are thuya veneered mahogony with most of the zinc lining still present and a mixing bowl.
The caddy was made by a craftsman who knew how to construct air tight caddies,everything fits like a glove.
The inside of the lid is covered with original velvet and the caddy sits upon bun feet.

13 inches(33cm) wide,3 Kg

The bowl probably isn`t original,there are veneer cracks to the back and one side, one dent on the front right edge and two corners of the lid have nibbles but otherwise very good condition.
