Early 19th Century Country Folk Art Pine Chest of Drawers with original painted scumbled grain effect to mimic oak. Time and usage have added dings, dents, scrapes and marks giving the chest rich patination. Lovely proportioned chest of two short drawers over three gently graduated long drawers all raised on original bracket feet. Please note we have replaced some of the internal drawer runners , so it is all set for many many more years of useful service!ENGLISH Circa 1840
