A 19th century Howard & Sons walnut open armchair. This lovely chair retaining the original horsehair and sprung seat and re-upholstered in our Howard & Sons striped ticking. This early model with a numbered back leg and raised on turned walnut legs with the original gilt lacquered brass castors. English, Circa 1860.
