An intriguing and unusual Art Deco cast iron fireback depicting a naked female / damsel in a swirling environment of tresses and robes and what looks like two cockatoos, parrots or other hooked-beak creatures menacingly nearby. Just discernible below this is a coat of arms with a chevron between three leaping animals.French 1930s.
