Description
A Victorian counter top haberdashery cabinet for J & P Coates, c1880s. It would have been used to store cotton reels. Made of mahogany, two drawers with turned wooden knobs. In original used condition with lettering to the front, top and back. Very good decorative piece for display, haberdashery or storing jewellery.Includes contents of approximately 180 cotton reels by Coats, Sylko, Dewhursts and Trylko. Many of the cotton reels are unused.
