Antique Royal Worcester hand painted floral display design plate.
The Royal Worcester mark on the base dates this piece to 1906.
The base also carries several other hand painted marks for the pattern "W6528"and gilder "BT". It is also stamped with the registered design number RN 312259.

The crimped and scalloped edge is richly decorated in blue with gilt highlighting. The edge rim is a continuous band of swags and bows.
The central reserve has the hand painted floral display design.
This painting is signed E. Phillips.

The plate measures approximately 22 cm (8.75") in diameter.

The plate is in excellent condition.
There are no chips, cracks, crazing or restoration, and no signs of use.
