This neat ring has a sapphire approximately 0.45 carats surrounded by 10 bright white diamonds ( 10 x 0.05 points = approximately 0.50 carats ) All set in 18 carat white gold with an 18 carat yellow gold band. The setting measures 10.55 mm across. The ring size is R but we have a superb jeweller who can resize without a trace.
