Description
A rare oak and chrome Modernist Desk designed by the influenial architect Wells Coates for Practical Equipment Ltd (PEL) c1933.Wells Coates was the designer of The Isokon Building or Lawn Road Flats in Hampstead London an exceptional Modernist building.
The V & A Museum has an ebonised example it it's collection. It is in used condition with some chips to the oak veneer and measures 160 x 82 x 75.
