An adorable Kigu Concerto music box which was made in the 1970s. The satinized teal blue enamel lid has the most gorgeous marcasite (pyrite) ornament set atop. The whole musical powder box is in excellent condition. The mirror gives an accurate and good reflection. The compact is decorated with the famed Kigu all gilt jeweller's finish and so it will not tarnish or need to be cleaned.

The interior case is signed KIGU. The tune plays very well. The original sifter is in place. The base is signed KIGU MADE IN ENGLAND. Measures 3 1/4 inches wide. Weighs 124.5 grams. An immaculate velvet pouch is included.

Please note that the enamel is teal blue. The images do not manage to capture the true colour.
