The whole item is in super condition. It will not tarnish or need to be cleaned as the makers applied a gilt lacquered finish. The original accessories are present as seen in the images. The mirror gives a good and accurate reflection. The base is signed Stratton ENGLAND. The catch and hinge work perfectly. Measures 3 inches diameter. Weighs 73.3 grams.

This Stratton Mini-Convertible compact is suitable as a handbag mirror and also for use with all loose foundation and pressed foundation pans measuring 59-67 mm diameter.
