W.A.S Benson Arts & Crafts Copper Jardiniere.A stylish copper Arts & Crafts copper jardiniere by WAS Benson.
Modelled with spiral form wrythen ribs in the form of a stylised flower petal, this is a rarely seen example of Bensons simple, naturalistic and innovative design.
Ref: Illustrated in Ian Hammerton's Benson book 'Arts and Crafts Luminary and Pioneer of Modern Design page 255, plate 30 model Number 645A.
Condition: In excellent condition.
Date: Circa 1900.
