Victorian Enamel on Silver Buckle

Description

Very pretty enamel on silver buckle with hallmarks for Birmingham 1898. Unfortunately the maker's mark is rubbed and I can't identify it. The buckle is in outstanding condition with no damage or loss to the enamel or silver. It measures just over 2 1/2" x 2"
I prefer payment by bank transfer, details on request.
