Description

Lovely Staffordshire enamel bodkin case. It has four vignettes painted with country scenes on a deep blue background. The condition is very good with just one small area of loss, clearly shown in the photos. It dates to around 1780 and is 5" in length.
I prefer payment by bank transfer, details on request.
I regret that due to current regulations I am unable to ship ivory items to the United States, even though all items are CITES compliant.

Items under 2kg can be mailed free of charge to UK mainland addresses by Royal Mail Special Delivery which will insure the item for up to £500. Please contact me for shipping costs to overseas destinations or for more expensive or heavier items.
