A fine quality late Victorian silver and mother of pearl paper knife, hallmarked Birmingham 1901. Decorative solid silver fretted and engraved handle with matching engraved mount to the mother of pearl blade. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmith C. E. Williams.
