Description

A fine quality Victorian period solid silver embossed heart shaped table box, hallmarked London 1887. The domed hinged lid embossed with fine quality decoration depicting a fruit pickers in a village setting, the outer edge with a crimped finish. Classical scroll work leaf design embossed decoration to the sides with a crimped rim forming the foot. Opens to reveal a clean lightly gilded interior. Hallmarked to all sections and bearing the makers mark for London silversmith Joseph Braham. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 5" wide x 5" deep x 2.5" high.
