Description
An attractive and unusual antique sterling silver card case.A lovely piece but what really makes this stand out from the crowd is the beautiful hammered silver finish.
The card case has a slight curve in shape designed to be ergonomical for the owner and has a large silver jump ring attached to the side.
It has a blank circular cartouche to the front so could be personalised if desired.
A great piece by a great maker.
Fully hallmarked for sterling silver, Birmingham Assay office, 1906, the maker is George Unite.
Approx measurements:
3.25\" length
1.85\" width
Approx weight 46.75 grams.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, light surface wear commensurate with age, opening and closing is slightly stiff, a few tiny dings.
