A blue cloth helmet 1890 Royal Artillery . This helmet belonged to brigadier-General Herbert Edward Stockdale D S O . See attached paperwork ask I have loads more , this helmet was bought from the family where it had been stored with other items for decades hence the condition of the helmet “I don’t think it’s ever been worn “. This guy had a distinguished career boar war 1899/1901 Gallipoli first war DSO . We researched him just ask and I will send you what I have.
