Unusual Oak Bow Front Corner Cupboard, Cabinet.
Description
This Oak corner cabinet is a rather special example. I know we have had numerous examples over the years but this one has the break front with the pillars to the sides.I dont think we have ever had a bow fronted one with breakfront inlaid pillars to the sides previously. These pillars are reeded and carry the inlay to the top and bottom of each. The H hinges are tidy and fully operational and what we believe is the original escutcheon in front of the lock. There is a key but although working the lock is worn and not perfect. This cupboard dates from the 1700s and some later work, ie adding of the castellations on the cornice. It is tidy inside, having been painted over the years in green, a popular thing to have been done on these. The cross banded Oak doors are quarter sawn and display good examples of medullary rays in the grain. A lovely example with good colour and graining in very presentable overall condition. Very Sensible price too

Inlaid Walnut Writing Table / Desk.
Description
A good looking inlaid walnut writing table or desk from around 1900 with a touch or Arts and Crafts influence. This example which has been cleaned and rewaxed in our workshops has inlaid facings both on the drawer front and the sides of that drawer. It has nicely turned legs and sits on the original castors which all turn and roll. The tooled leather top has signs of use of course but we can confirm there are no rips, no cuts and no scuffing. This is a good solid useable desk that looks great and should last another 120 years with normal use. Keenly priced we feel, we have not been able to find similar for anything like as keenly priced as this.Please do check out our own web page as there are a number of other writing tables available. Oval Writing Table Or Dressing Table In Mahogany
Description
A pretty Mahogany oval shaped writing table / desk from the 19th Century. Will also be great for a dressing table. It boasts a Gillows style leg and has a black inset in the top. We have given the timber a good clean, actually was not bad to start with but had a little fade so we have refinished the mahogany there and fully waxed and buffed the base. It should well give another 150 years service. Pretty keenly priced we feel for an item as unusual and in tidy condition.

Attractive Edwardian Kidney Shape Table.
Description
A pretty little kidney shape occasional table from the early 1900s. This table has been re French polished some years ago and has only minor useage marking. It sits on three attractive elegant cabriole legs and has a lower platform also in kidney shape. A nice useable table for the money.

Victorian Card Table In Walnut.
Description
This Victorian walnut card table has good colour and impressive burr graining. When open it is round as can be seen in the pictures and closes to a demi lune shape. This has had some grain shrinkage in its life and we have shown this in the pictures too. This does not effect the games surface and it still looks a good table, especially sitting on the turned pedestal and the carved cabriole legs. Keenly priced it is overall a smart table, please dont hesitate to come and view.

Mahogany Music Cabinet. Lovely Condition

IN super condition having been re French polished in our workshops this very neat little music cabinet is ready to go into service. Having its orginal handles and all the drawers dropping on the front as they should, it is a good looking item. Georgian Oak Snap Top Pedestal Table
Description
A Georgian Oak Snap top occasional table of 33inch diameter. Not too many of these available in oak for some reason. We have maybe a dozen other tables on a pedestal in various sizes but only one other occasional table in oak and that is square.It has legs rather than a pedestal. Picture attached here and it is only £155.00 Available fully French polished for delivery this table has a good graining in the timbers and a rather nice turned pedestal. All in basically good condition it is ready to go into our workshops for resoration. Colour can be adjusted a little for the purchaser.

19thC Mahogany Work / Sewing Table
Description
A very pretty Victorian mahogany work / Sewing Table. This Sewing table has a shaped top with good graining and has the drawer below and below that is the basket for storage. It has a pretty scroll base with some attractive carving. A very clean and useful table with the scroll and nicely carved stretcher between the support legs. Not a common find this and a very keen price for one of these especially in this sort of condition. We have given this a good clean, re finished the French polish and waxed and buffed to make this highly presentable.

Walnut Base
Description
This walnut base with the burr panels and the book matched veneers on the top is in superb condition. A good looking piece of furniture with good detailing as can be seen in the photograph.
