A fine Victorian rosewood tilt‑top table with a beautifully figured circular top and rich, warm colouring throughout. The surface displays the characteristic depth and shimmer of well‑chosen rosewood, supported on an ornate carved pedestal with scrolling legs and original castors. The tilt mechanism functions smoothly, allowing the table to stand as an impressive decorative piece when not in use. A classic example of mid‑19th‑century craftsmanship—graceful, practical, and full of presence.
