An impressive Victorian wind-out dining room table made from solid mahogany in outstanding condition. At nearly 17ft long with 7 leaves this is an extremely rare find. Its wind-out mechanism is operated by a winding handle and extends the centre of the table where the leaves can be inserted. This sturdy table is supported by six solid reeded, tapering legs which terminating on stamped brass casters. It will accommodate a comfortable 6 for a small dinner party when closed and 2 people for every leaf inserted so fully extended it will sit a possible 20 guests. So whether it is every day use or a larger celebration this table can do it all.
