English Burr Wood & Laburnum Stool c1860

Description
This rare and wonderful English Country Stool dates from circa 1860. The solid Burr top measures almost 1.5 inches in depth. The four turned legs are made from Laburnum which has been carefully chosen for its very pleasing display of colour variation.A lovely, original piece.
The Stool has been well cared for and is in good condition. There is some old chipping to the toes of two of the legs.
