A handsome mid-19th century flame mahogany pedestal cupboard, circa 1840. The richly figured flame mahogany exterior features a panelled door and a moulded top with a raised gallery edge. Inside, the cupboard offers practical storage with a fixed shelf above a pull-out drawer fitted with bottle divisions, making it ideal for use as a drinks cabinet or for general storage.

Standing on a plinth base with bracket feet, this compact yet elegant piece is versatile and perfect for use in a study, living room, or dining room. Its fine timber and rich patina showcase the quality craftsmanship typical of the period.
